• Proposal and Business Development Lead position • Manage and report on proposal efforts and opportunities • Establish and oversee overall and custom surveillance plans for innovative solutions and products • Lead proposal meetings and coordination elements • Track, report, and present status, metrics, and analyses • Track win rates against industry standards
• Bachelor's degree, Masters Preferred • 10+ years of experience • Industry association participation and related certifications and training • Demonstrated experience with CRM and surveillance software experience • Demonstrated experience with opportunity tracking software tool(s) • Experience and accountability for sales strategy and execution including revenue targets • Experience qualifying opportunities and leading proposals and proposal teams
• Travel required 5-10%
