Description

• Leading, managing and developing a team of technical software engineers. • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. • Collaborate with Client, Operations, Product teams to prioritize, build roadmaps and deliver quality software solutions. • Implement and evolve development best practices from design, development, code reviews, integration, testing, and deployment. • Oversight of development in compliance with security protocols, scanning results and client expectations • Ability to work with onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in design, development, testing and implementing front-end web architecture and back-end services. • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. • 3+ years of coding experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, ASP.NET web forms, React, and SQL. • Experience working and implementing continuous integration/continuous development, REST API development, serverless architecture, public/private cloud. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients. • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. • Good understanding of web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them. • Ability to manage your time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
