• Develop and execute Foodservice strategy for EMEA region • Lead and develop a sales team • Manage customer relationships and develop joint business plans • Drive insights and customer funnels in key channels • Establish KPIs and track trade expenses • Plan trade show strategy and new product innovations
• BA/BS required • 10+ years of CPG sales experience • Strong leadership and team development skills • Strategic planning and analytical skills • Experience with CRM tools • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Passion for Beyond Meat and its goals • Language skills: English (native/fluent), other European languages a plus • Ability to travel 40-50%
