• Answer and respond to inbound technical support queries and issues from hotel guests regarding Wi-Fi connectivity. • Troubleshoot technical problems related to Wi-Fi connections, networks, and devices. • Provide step-by-step instructions to guests on how to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network. • Communicate effectively with guests in both English and Arabic to ensure clear understanding and resolution of technical issues. • Document and maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions. • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution. • Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to improve the overall guest experience. • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments to enhance technical support services.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is a must. • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks, routers, and connectivity devices. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • Certifications in IT or technical support are a plus.
