• Professional ability to build relationships with customers, while giving you the opportunity to personalize your communication. • Provide technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customer’s current and future needs. • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team. • Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously. • Set schedule during our operating hours between 9am – 5:30pm ET or 10:30am – 7pm ET. • Some rotational weekend availability required. • Some holiday coverage may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • 2 years of Customer Service experience required • 1 year of call center support experience preferred • 1 year of technical support experience preferred
