Description
• Provide top level HR support throughout employee lifecycle • Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day benefits administration • Maintain confidential employee e-files ensuring compliance • Assist in benefits analysis, compliance, and implementation • Contribute to process improvement and documentation
Requirements
• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or related field • Strong communication skills in English, French, and Dutch • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience • Track record of collaborating effectively in diverse teams
