Description
• Assist in the creation of various technical product training materials such as user guide, knowledge sharing videos, website assets, and more • Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new projects for sales enablement, customer education, and community building • Help update and maintain product documentation quality and consistency across all delivery channels • Assist in the production design process by performing market research • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product education and help content delivery
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (BS or MS) in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information management, or a related field of Canada based college or univeristy • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection given under the law and legal bale to work in Canada according to the laws and regulations of the province or territory where you live • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and intellectually curious
