Description
• Donorbox is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in providing strategic insights and analytical support across marketing, operations, and business intelligence functions, enabling us to drive global philanthropy forward. • As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that will help guide the development and improvement of our products. This role isn't for the faint-hearted or those seeking a conventional large corporate structure - we operate on the principles of agile, high trust, and high impact. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or related field and 4 years experience in data analytics or related field • Deep understanding of Advanced SQL techniques and data modeling • In-depth knowledge of visualization tools, data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization • Experience in marketing analytics with design experiments, developing statistical models, measuring campaigns, and identifying optimization opportunities, or using data and analytics in technology or SaaS • Experience in data science, building robust data pipelines and solving high impact business problems • Masterful data storytelling and strategic thinking, with an ability to inspire and cultivate the Data culture across our company • Well versed with various Business Intelligence platforms and tools • Experience working with various levels of business stakeholders, from c-suite to engineering and product development teams. • Working on multiple work streams excites you, and you are able to use ambiguity as an opportunity for high-level thinking • Experience creating data product strategies, building data products, and continued iteration after launch
