• Field issues involving technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and vendor communication • Propose, plan and own documentation, trainings, templates • Collaborate with senior members for process improvement • Participate in on-call rotations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1-3 years experience in customer service or health care • 1+ years experience in technical support • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, & Looker platforms • Familiarity with HL7, APIs, and SQL • Time management and independence • Empathetic approach to work • Effective communication skills • Ability to handle escalations and work in a team
