Description
• As a Data Scientist in our team you will play a critical role in developing and evaluating generative AI models and systems that generate value to our customers. • You will collaborate with cross functional teams working closely with product managers, ML engineers and software engineers, taking complex concepts and communicating them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to deliver viable solutions quickly. • Your primary responsibilities will include exploring and analysing data sets (structured and unstructured) to inform decision-making processes, develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), optimising cost and performance through prompt engineering, and fine-tune or train predictive models that can be integrated into our products.
Requirements
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and/or computer science. • Advanced SQL and Python programming skills. • Proficient in one or more of the following ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch. • Professional experience in analysing, exploring, building, and validating AI models. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. • Building quick prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements. • Validating both the technical performance and the business value of the developed AI solutions. • Working with our engineering team on the deployment of the AI solutions. • Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimising LLM performance. • NLP experience to extract insights from unstructured data. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI services.
