Description
• Conduct market analysis and research on HR outsourcing industry trends • Monitor and manage social media platforms • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content • Post relevant blogs on the company’s website and other channels • Proactive outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and social media • Preparation of proposals and contracts • Liaise with clients and vendors • Attend sales meetings with Managing Director • Maintain professional appearance and conduct • Adherence to company work practices • Establish and maintain effective working relationships • Document work processes as required • Perform other duties as assigned by managing director
Requirements
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for marketing, communications, business, or similar field or recent graduate • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms • Good understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends and techniques • Excellent written and oral communication skills
