Description

• Drive sales of our mental health programs, wellbeing programs, and trainings for organisations • Engage with inbound leads, managing client relationships during program sales and strategically upselling additional products • Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure, collaborating closely with the commercial team and internal stakeholders • Work collaboratively with other teams to gain insights into clients' industries, understanding unique challenges and positioning our programs as tailored solutions • Provide support in administrative flows to ensure smooth execution of programs • Undergo Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to be a certified MHFAider

Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating proficiency in building pipelines and closing deals • Preferred experience in pitching and selling corporate trainings and programs, showcasing effective communication and persuasion skills • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency as a strong asset • Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to upselling strategies • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work closely with diverse teams to understand industry challenges and align solutions • Strong organisational and administrative skills to support operational flows • A passion for continuous learning and growth, coupled with adaptability for a fast-paced environment
