Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to JumpstartMD members via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly and courteously. • Welcome members warmly and professionally, listening attentively to their needs and concerns with empathy. • Effectively explain the JumpstartMD program to potential new members, facilitating successful onboarding and building strong customer relationships. • Promptly escalate member or operational issues to supervisors for timely resolution. • Drive new business through prospecting and cold calling, energizing prospects through various communication methods. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JSMD programs, products, policies, and procedures, adhering to HIPAA regulations and documenting interactions for tracking purposes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Prior experience in phone sales and/or customer service highly desirable. • Interest in health care, nutrition, weight management, and/or fitness preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. • Ability to quickly build relationships with weight-loss patients of varying backgrounds. • Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records; adaptable in dynamic environments.
