Description
• Utilize in-depth legal knowledge to make reasoned decisions in immigration matters. • Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude. • Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. • Stay informed about procedural requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visas. • Participate in all aspects of the immigration practice. • Utilize case management and billing systems
Requirements
• At least 2 years of immigration law experience • Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures • Excellent case management skills • Client-service mindset and effective communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
