Description

• Own end-to-end AI projects in various domains working with big data and partner effectively with product leads and engineering teams • Ship best-possible machine learning solution (high performance, low cost, low latency) to green-field problems. This includes scoping out the use case, designing and curating appropriate datasets, feature engineering, shortlisting algorithms, training models, experimentation, evaluation and deployment. • Write production quality code and influence the next generation of MileIQ’s system • Solve meaningful and challenging problems with recent ML techniques including generative AI and information retrieval • Build ML services balancing business impact, operational impact and cost benefits of design and architectural choices • Set up and maintain efficient data systems and pipelines to enable AI deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of relevant machine learning experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions • Proficiency in Python, PKL, PySpark and RAG • Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models with TensorFlow or PyTorch • Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or similar • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
