• Triage and investigate Desktop PC issues • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users • Diagnose and fix hardware issues • Maintain Azure Cloud infrastructure • Monitor network infrastructure • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an End User/Help Desk support analyst and IT systems administration • Proficient with Microsoft Azure and O365 suite • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, services, and technologies • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
