Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or MBA with a history of academic success • A results-oriented individual with a process-driven approach • Demonstrates high empathy, coachability, and a strong business EQ • Exhibits humility with a focus on achieving results, striving for excellence in all endeavors • A collaborative team player comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic setting • Highly productive and driven by problem-solving. • Self-motivated and excels in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision • Demonstrates outstanding project management skills • Brings experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or business planning roles • Proven ability to earn and maintain the trust of leadership • Possesses a deep interest in the blockchain industry.
