Description
• Support internal team with note-taking, scheduling, action items, agenda and deck creation • Be a trusted communication funnel: ensuring information is relayed cross-functionally to appropriate teams • Work in tandem with the EA team on full company projects and organization • Work closely with Chief of Staff on high priority functions including cross-company scheduling, offsite planning, OKR tracking, updating important docs, cross-team project management • Provide comprehensive administrative support to global team members based across all time zones
Requirements
• Minimum five years of EA experience required • Efficient calendar management for team members while working within the existing EA Team • Extreme professionalism and communication skills • Prior experience working for a remote, fast-pace start-up across several time zones • A can-do attitude, no task is too great or too small, you’ll figure out the best solution possible! • Being ready to jump in across the organization with a willingness to help and support the team on any type of project
