• Build the best user and developer experiences in crypto • Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap to grow the Superchain to $1T in assets and 100M users • Build and manage a team of PMs to achieve the Superchain vision • Be a product and organizational leader in a fast-growing, value-oriented startup environment • Work alongside a growing and senior team of leaders to scale Ethereum and bring the world onchain • Drive growth and development of one of the most ambitious and dynamic two-sided marketplaces in crypto

Requirements

• 10+ years experience leading growth-oriented and/or marketplace products • Proven track record of working in ambiguous, developing product spaces and winning • Deep strategic thinking and experience igniting flywheels • Experience building high-impact developer products and growth programs (and you are excited to drive growth and development of one of the most ambitious and dynamic two-sided marketplaces in crypto!) • Experience with open source software, crypto/web3 or developer focused products is a huge plus!
