Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer in the technology sector with a focus on responding to Government RFIs and RFPs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent understanding of cloud-based technologies and environments (e.g. Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS/GCP/Azure) • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Framemaker) • Ability to comprehend and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writer, Computer Science, or related field • Master's degree in a related field - Highly preferred • Experience with software development processes and Agile methodologies - Highly preferred • Knowledge of online content management systems - Highly preferred • Certification in Technical Writing - Highly preferred • Understanding of SEO principles - Highly preferred • Understanding of Government Proposal process - Highly preferred • Familiarity with Government development and operational environments - Highly preferred • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) - Highly preferred • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience in a global organization, working with diverse teams • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
