Description

• Actively promote our international project • Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory; Central Area • Lead the team to achieve the division's planned revenue results: the team is made up of Sales and Account Managers, mainly Sales Managers who bring in new customers • Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results • Organize the search and recruitment of new business partners, as well as strengthen the relationship and conduct negotiations with current ones • Support the team in managing key accounts • Develop people, from hiring to training, to help the team get to the next level • Participate in the development and implementation of the region's marketing plan • Market research, reporting, analysis and forecasting

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful management of sales teams in the B2B travel industry • In-depth understanding of the country's travel market, including travel trade networks (travel agencies, tour operators, host agencies, consortiums) • Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals, as well as an understanding of our competitors and main online booking systems • Bachelor's degree • Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving • Data-driven decision-making, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success and leverage the business • Enable innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement, motivate and inspire teams, as well as experience in covering the full range from hiring and training to retaining and developing top-tier talent • Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence • Work independently with a high level of accountability • Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges • Native English; additional languages are advantageous • Preferably located in the greater Chicago area • Ready to travel to visit customers with your team, attend events and exhibitions. Having your own car is essential • Must be a US citizen; unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship
