• Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and predict future trends • Develop predictive models to forecast key performance measures and customer behavior, iterating based on usage data and feedback • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate your solutions into the product, assess model performance (accuracy, precision, recall, AUC-ROC), and refine algorithms over time • Lead discussions and presentations on data-driven insights with stakeholders, showing your work and facilitating decision-making across key stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong ability to leverage data in business settings • Proficient in Python or R, and familiar with libraries for data manipulation and analysis • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) • Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) • Experience with SQL, database technologies, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques • Relevant certifications in machine learning, data science, or cloud computing are a plus • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • High degree of attention to detail, and motivated to take initiative in analyzing, experimenting, and learning
