Description

• Design and execute market research, customer profile development and overarching messaging platform to raise brand awareness and relevance of Riverside Group product and solutions. • Conduct research and analysis to understand market and persona pain points by reviewing existing research and messaging for key products and personas • Develop customer profiles for white-space personas identifying pain points and key messages for district-level purchasers and building level-buyers outside the G&T space • Develop and implement solutions-based persona-based messaging for each major persona • Lead the strategic development and implementation of national group campaigns that enhance engagement with key personas and drives measurable lead and MQL generation. • Collaborate with Product Management to create comprehensive strategic campaign strategies and plans • Utilize HubSpot data to develop initial benchmarks • Implement persona-based lead nurturing strategies that result in an increase in lead to MQL conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of K-12 education marketing experience • HubSpot Expertise: At least 3 years of expertise developing campaigns and reporting. • Successful messaging strategy and campaign planning and execution experience with measurable outcomes • Documented success in conducting market research using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gather and synthesize insights into target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer demographics, and trends to identify opportunities, threats, and marketing segments for targeting. • Ability to develop detailed customer profiles or buyer personas based on demographic and behavioral factors to understand. • Knowledge of tactics and techniques to enhance engagement with target personas through personalized messaging, compelling content, interactive experiences, and targeted advertising across various channels. • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and teamwork between marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring open communication channels and shared objectives to achieve cohesive campaign messaging and strategic alignment. • Strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional meetings, articulate campaign strategies, messaging and objectives effectively, and gather feedback from marketing, sales, and product teams to inform the development of unified messaging guides. • Capacity to adapt to evolving product landscapes and market dynamics, continuously refining messaging guides based on product evolution, campaign feedback, and changing market conditions to maintain alignment between marketing and product messaging.
