Description

• Manage and maintain all websites and onsite signage with up-to-date information around event information, speakers and sponsors, as well as SEO copy to help garner organic traffic. • Manage all social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) content for brand voice and consistency. • Create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand. • Manage and coordinate all onsite photos and videos to be used as marketing collateral on our websites and emails. • Work cross-functionally with Delegate, Event Operations, Production, and Vendor Sales teams to create and update Event pages and collateral. • Work with our advisory board members to create and market content to promote events. • Create graphics and marketing collateral based on templates (video, designs) to align with campaigns. Attending RTM events to create video content to generate testimonials and referrals. • Define and communicate campaign outcomes (analytics) with actions to the team. • Set up A/B testing campaigns, monitor and optimisation of paid media campaigns (META, Google) based on strategy for continuous improvement. • Define targeted outbound email marketing campaigns from concept to completion in CRM, Hubspot. • Define the strategy for email deliverability through the use of Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Gmass

Requirements

• BS/BA in business, marketing, or relevant field • Ability to produce content and manage campaigns against a deadline • Demonstrated understanding in imagery and copy engaging audiences • Experience in managing email funnels and lead generation campaigns • Ability to adapt copy based on engagement and strategic direction provided • Experience in creating social media content across different platforms with an eye for content that will cut through the noise • Proficient in grammar, spelling and composition (copy editing) • Ability to follow up and communicate deadline with team members • Have experience using Wordpress (CMS) to update websites • Hubspot and Airtable marketing experience a plus • Canva experience a plus
