Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM enablement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. • Forge and enhance relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, employing persuasive tactics to navigate complex matters. • Utilize methodologies such as Command of the Message and Value Selling to enhance sales effectiveness. • Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding bootcamps, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. • Develop and implement a dynamic Customer Success (CS) Enablement program aimed at optimizing customer engagement and retention strategies. • Drive analytical and process-driven approaches to GTM enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Independently tackle diverse challenges, devising innovative solutions based on evaluation and judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent. • Strong facilitation and engagement skills with a track record of building effective relationships. • Proficiency in Command of the Message and/or Value Selling methodologies. • Experience in Customer Success enablement or related field is a plus. • Experience in a direct selling, Customer Success, or account management role is a plus. • Demonstrated analytical prowess and adeptness in process management. • Ability to adapt communication style to varying audiences and provide guidance on complex matters.
