Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver successful machine learning projects. • Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and software engineering best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a shared vision and goals. • Experience working in an agile environment and leading teams through the full software development lifecycle. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges in the machine learning space. • Experience working with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is a plus.
