Description

• Preparation of payroll data input and handling payroll management • Being responsible for all administrative HR tasks and processes along the employee life-cycle (from onboarding to offboarding) in close collaboration with our People Operations Manager • Closely working with our senior management and other stakeholders to ensure professional and compliant HR processes and activities • Providing expert advice and guidance in all people operations related matters, aligned with legal requirements and our company's policies • Owning the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and company guidelines • Managing annually recurring HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management cycle, employee surveys etc. • Liaising with external service providers and partners • Managing our HR system and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times • Defining HR KPIs and metrics and report to senior management • Supporting audits and prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for our finance department and our senior management • Covering for the People Operations Manager during absence

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent for example Personalfachkauffrau/-mann) and have 6-8yrs of experience in People Operations role. • Are a rising professional with experience in a similar HR administration/People Operations role within a fast-paced, international environment • Have a solid understanding of HR best practices and standards • Bring knowledge of German employment law and work regulations • Adapt to new challenges quickly and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude • Are an excellent communicator, fluent in German and English, and customer-focused towards our internal and external stakeholders • Work detailed-oriented and are well organized • Demonstrate a hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset
