Description
• Drive business growth and identify new opportunities on a national level • Prospect new business and manage the sales pipeline • Develop relationships with customers and prospects at senior levels • Mentor and develop colleagues • Effectively and accurately identify and complete tenders and PQQ applications • Strengthen bonds with key national accounts and FM companies • Prospect and develop new business • Actively sell all product groups to new customers • Ensure effective and clear transfers of accounts • Prepare and provide quotations • Promote service and product offerings at trade fairs and networking events
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role • Strong knowledge of the water hygiene industry • Be familiar with Cooling Towers, Steam Boilers, Closed Systems including sampling / dosing / chemical flushing, Pre Treatment plant and equipment (RO, DI and softeners), Secondary Disinfection (Chlorine Dioxide), chemical control dosing equipment etc. • Full UK Driving License • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
