β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with law school partners, providing expert guidance on career center operations and law recruitment processes. β€’ Support law schools in ABA/NALP reporting and ensure partners are on track with OCI and recruitment timelines. β€’ Lead webinars, 1:1 sessions, and create engaging content to enhance product knowledge and partner success. β€’ Proactively monitor partner health and ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ Familiarity with law school career centers, ABA/NALP reporting, law recruitment timelines, and On-Campus Interviews (OCI). β€’ Experience in customer success, account management, or career services support. β€’ Strong presentation, relationship management, and content creation skills.
