• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at employer companies • Lead discovery conversations and conduct virtual or in-person product demos tailored to each employer’s hiring goals • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective employer partners • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and inform product development • Provide strategic insights and feedback to improve our go-to-market approach
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms • Strong understanding of employer hiring needs • Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • BA/BS degree required • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills • Committed to professionalism, continuous learning, and team success
