Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French • Minimum 4+ years experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role • Effective communication skills over email, phone, or video call • Experience in supporting individuals and businesses utilizing software to enhance productivity • Collaborating with C-Level executives and identifying value realization • Guiding customers through their lifecycle through emails, webinars, and customized sessions • Following defined outreach and managing customer data and activity • Experience managing revenue retention as a key metric • Optional: personal experience with 1Password or another password manager
