• Collaborate with the Sales and Pre Sales Teams to create and track new opportunities with clients and prospects • Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks with an ever-changing priority and scope, maintaining a sense of urgency and positivity • Work with Operations Manager to support all Go To Market individuals with their reporting needs on an ad hoc and recurring basis • Salesforce administration and support • Other Partner tool administration and support (Microsoft Partner Center, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, etc) • Implement process and automation to ensure operational efficiency
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role directly supporting sales, either in a direct selling role or sales operations • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful and consistent • Strong attention to details, with strong analytical skills • A passion for using technology to solve problems • A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with team members • A love for problem-solving - you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process • The ability to multitask, juggling multiple concurrent streams of work and ensuring success for all of them • A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 • You have used Salesforce/Financial Force to track data • Any kind of exposure to organizations moving technology workloads to a cloud platform (we focus on Microsoft, but your experience doesn’t have to be there. • Understanding of Professional Services business model
