• About 3E: • We are a mission-driven company with the purpose to enable a safer, more sustainable world! • 3E provides a comprehensive suite of data, analytics, and software solutions for enabling and improving workplace & chemical safety, product stewardship, supply chain management and sustainability. • With over 35 years of experience, and 15 locations across North America, Europe, and Asia, 3E helps more than 5,000 customers in various sectors to achieve safety, sustainability, and speed to market. • About the Role: • The Director of Business Relations (Supply Chain Transparency), will lead our global supplier engagement efforts, ensuring that our company has accurate and comprehensive supplier information for our customers. • In this role, you will manage a global team, drive change within our supplier outreach processes, lead initiatives to obtain critical product and regulatory data and foster collaboration with suppliers worldwide. • You will also enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within our document and data collection, ultimately contributing to safer and more sustainable products for our clients. • The preferred location for this role is near our Bethesda, MD office, but we are also open to candidates in the Eastern time zone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience driving process improvements using one of the formal methodologies like Six Sigma, PROSCI • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency with continuous improvement and quality management methodologies for SaaS, IT, content, or data products. • Global experience managing supplier relations across different regions and navigating cultural differences (Preferred/Desired). • Experience with advanced data management tools, AI technologies, or workflow automation (Preferred/Desired). • Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Prosci) (Preferred/Desired).
