Description
• Review assigned claims. • Contact insured and affected parties, set expectations and initiate documentation. • Complete complex coverage analysis and investigation. • Conduct reviews of damages and evaluate financial value of the loss. • Approve payments and refer claims to other units when necessary. • Document and complete all closure activities in the claims management system.
Requirements
• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or equivalent knowledge or experience • Must be eligible to acquire a State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire • Must have a valid State Driver's License • Three years of experience or equivalent training in claims negotiation, evidence evaluation, preparing estimates, and resolving coverage questions
