Description

• Acentra is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Test Architect. • You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of test strategies and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute testing processes. • Contribute to RFP responses and design testing approaches. • Define and establish comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing. • Architect and implement scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks. • Evaluate, select, and implement testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. • Lead initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and quality metrics. • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and SQA teams. • Design and implement performance and security testing frameworks. • Monitor and report on key quality metrics. • Engage in design and architectural discussions, ensuring testing is included. • Lead technical presentations to prospective clients. • Implement risk-based testing approaches. • Stay updated on trends and innovations in test architecture. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the SQA team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with over 10 years of Software Quality Assurance experience, including 4 to 5 years in a Test Architect or Lead Test Engineer role. • Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using technologies such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG, as well as experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. • Proficiency in software quality assurance tools like Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, HP Quality Center, and Confluence, with working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies, as well as expertise in the SDLC and STLC. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams, leading initiatives, and facilitating discussions at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated experience in client management, with solid communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC). • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
