📋 Description

• Provide clarifications on coverage, limits and deadlines; • Coordinate authorizations for medical-hospital care, observing insurer requirements such as DUT (utilization guidelines), requests for submission of medical reports or additional exams; • Manage patient transfers, interacting with Itsseg medical team / insurer / client; • Recommend medical-hospital service providers according to the beneficiary's plan network and the procedure to be performed; • Advise and liaise with the insurer on reimbursement pre-approvals and reimbursement timelines; • Work with the client on any missed invoice payments and consequent suspension of services, as notified by the insurer, Itsseg finance or other channels; • Monitor payments, invoice settlement and reactivation of service (when applicable); • Request extensions of due dates for invoices that were sent within the agreed timeframe; • Direct the internal operations team on requests for duplicate invoices and cards; • Dispatch an Itsseg representative (if applicable) to collect/deliver documents; • Send the list of documents required by the insurer to proceed with reimbursement of medical-hospital care or reimbursement of the insured amount under the group life benefit; • Notify the client and/or follow up on outstanding documents identified or requested by insurers in reimbursement, movement and life insurance reimbursement processes; • Provide guidance on procedures for funeral and travel assistance; • Respond to email inquiries within a maximum of 24 business hours of receipt; • Record all service interactions in Itsseg's operational module; • Immediately report any incidents or relevant information observed during service to the coordination team;

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word; intermediate Excel); • Essential: knowledge of benefits operational routines; • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
