📋 Description

• Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads • Map out current workflows across departments (sales, ops, finance, marketing, etc.) • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes • Ask sharp questions to uncover how things actually work (not just how they’re described) • Determine what can be: Automated, Augmented with AI, Eliminated or simplified • Evaluate opportunities across: Off-the-shelf tools (Zapier, Make, GPT workflows, etc.), Custom AI/agent-based solutions • Produce a structured deliverable that includes: Current state workflow breakdown, Identified automation opportunities, Recommended solutions (tools, agents, systems), Implementation plan (phased rollout), Estimated impact (time savings, cost savings, revenue lift) • Translate roadmap into clear specs for implementation team • Collaborate with engineers / builders executing the work • Provide light project oversight to ensure alignment with original vision

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in consulting, operations, product, or systems design • Strong understanding of: AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms) • Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.) • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured plans • Comfortable leading client-facing conversations
