Description

• The Corporate Loan Accountant performs advanced specialized loan accounting functions • Tasks include recording new loans, complex modifications, and processing loan transactions • Works independently and provides accurate, timely responses to inquiries from customers and credit staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent amount of general accounting experience or Loan Accounting experience may be substituted for this academic background • At least 3 years general accounting experience or equivalent; Loan accounting experience preferred • Proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines • Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Proficient in the use of automated accounting software applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email
