Description
• Implement real-time, high-performance web applications • Mentor junior engineers • Work closely with senior stakeholders • Perform code reviews and use continuous integration • Advocate for improvement of existing product processes
Requirements
• 7+ years of full stack experience in Ruby on Rails and React • Comfortable leading remote teams • Experience with commercial enterprise software development • Proficient in a modern programming language (e.g. Ruby, Java, Typescript) • Strong practical experience with RESTful microservices • Familiarity with microservices and cloud services • Proficiency developing for cloud platforms like AWS • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of design principles and agile practices
