Description

• Agot is a mid-sized artificial intelligence (AI) startup based in Pittsburgh. • Building a camera AI product that will change the future of work. • Looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with proven skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript. • Responsible for server-side logic and manipulation of data sent to the cloud from edge devices. • Maintain and enhance a video labeling tool for internal usage written in JavaScript. • Develop and improve the functionality of AI applications impacting user experience of clients: large restaurant chains.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript. • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. • Strong unit testing and debugging skills. • Proficient understanding of git/GitLab. • Proficient understanding of Linux CLI, and utilities. • Experience with cloud computing services (AWS and Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
