Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience in managing the entire lifecycle of sourcing and recruiting β€’ 3+ years experience sourcing and recruiting specialized professionals in tech industry β€’ Strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other creative resources β€’ Demonstrated understanding of managing a successful pipeline using an ATS β€’ A data-driven approach to decision making β€’ Eagerness to expand your skills and reinvent the traditional recruiting pipeline β€’ You share our values.
