• Lead Content Creation: Own the social media calendar, creating high-quality visuals, videos, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Stay on top of trends to boost engagement and reach. • Drive PR Strategy: Support the Global PR Manager in developing PR initiatives, crafting case studies, and managing press outreach alongside our London-based PR agency. • Collaborate & Amplify: Work with Taskers, customers, influencers, and brands to expand our reach and create compelling content that aligns with our goals. • Plan, Analyse, Improve: Use tools like Sprout and Meltwater to track performance, prepare reports, and identify data-driven ways to optimise our PR and social strategies. • Crisis-Ready & Engaging: Be ready to handle sensitive PR issues with our Senior PR Manager and keep our social media audience engaged with timely responses and support.

Requirements

• Social Media Pro: 3+ years of experience in content creation, with expertise in Instagram and TikTok and a love for creative, on-trend ideas. • Natural Collaborator: Eager to work with our AU and US teams across time zones, with a knack for building relationships with Taskers, customers, and influencers. • PR-Savvy & News-Ready: Jump on daily news to create trending stories and generate PR buzz for Airtasker across all channels. • Confident & Creative Thinker: Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and open to pushing boundaries with unique, "rogue" ideas. • Tech Skills: Skilled in the Airtasker app, with a handle on tools like Meltwater, Sprout, Google Drive, and Confluence.
