•The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems at Aledade is responsible for ensuring that Aledade’s internal technology systems enable and empower our employees and our mission. •The Senior Director will achieve that through consultation with the leadership of the company to understand their challenges and opportunities; through synthesizing that information and their own expertise into a cohesive corporate technology strategy encompassing systems and people; in managing the budget which supports that strategy; and through supervising the day-to-day operation of that system. •We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our HQ office in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

•12+ years experience managing business systems, with 5 years of that experience building and managing high-performing teams •Experience orchestrating disparate systems from A/V to corporate internet connectivity to enterprise web applications into a cohesive information systems architecture •Implementing data management frameworks and processes •Experience successfully managing vendors, and the ability to hold them to a high standard of service •Have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage complex projects •A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required •Experience managing and authoring budgets •Demonstrated experience solving IT problems which exceed customer expectations, and are well designed using systems engineering principles •Ability to manage multiple complex projects •Ability to work closely with other technical leaders to achieve shared goals which cross system boundaries.
