Description

• Support outsourced clients with application support and implementation consultancy • Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing • Conduct system tests to ensure applications meet specifications • Provide documentation on work packages implemented • Manage daily priorities to ensure deadlines are met • Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager • Maintain communication channels at an appropriate level • Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues • Understand general flows in HR and SAP HR architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent • Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation • Be part of 3+ project rollouts • Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in HR • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information • Dutch, Belgium or Nordics payroll knowledge is a plus • Dutch or French language is a plus
