Description

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual development goals, and support career progression. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability. • Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Drive the successful execution of projects within the pod, managing timelines and proactively addressing roadblocks. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall software quality. • Act as a liaison between the pod and other teams, ensuring alignment on goals and smooth communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development and modern technologies. • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, with demonstrated people management skills. • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, GraphQL). • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. • Strong problem-solving skills, guiding teams to effective technical solutions. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. • Proven ability to manage performance, coach team members, and foster professional growth. • Knowledge of best practices in software engineering, including testing, documentation, and CI/CD. • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
