• The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operations of the Inside Sales team. • Grow existing agency relationships and expand to new agency opportunities. • Focus on all available Nat Gen products. • Ensure that all team members grow their assigned agents profitably in collaboration with regional sales leaders. • Leads inside sales team to drive sales results, retention, and profit across entire team. • Achieves team level agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio and other KPI goals by effectively managing the team. • Conducts ongoing coaching and performance reviews with team members. • Recruits, interviews and makes new hire recommendations. • Identifies training needs and works with appropriate departments to maximize performance. • Continually monitor sales metrics to maximize sales effectiveness. • Increase agent engagement through increased percentage of agents quoting and agents producing business.
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • This job has supervisory duties. • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
