Description

• Project management with a focus on client service and retention • Oversees the execution of project scope as performed by consultants and determined by supervisors • Responsible for complex analysis • May be involved with account settlement under the supervision of leadership • Protect, renew, and expand existing clients. • Uphold standards for service • Respond to all client requests • Clearly communicate project status and information requests to the client in a way that promotes confidence in Altus’ work product • Communicate analysis results and status to supervisors and clients • Ensure all systems are updated for projected revenue and timing, and staffing of personnel • Execution of project scope through implementation of advanced functions, automation, and other technologies as needed • Clear understanding of valuation concepts and support needed to present a case to an assessor • Review the work product of others to ensure work is performed in accordance with Altus standards and project scope

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field preferred, but not required) • Ability to supervise others in a positive manner and prioritize subordinates’ work loads • Complex property tax experience required, energy or renewable specific experience preferred • Previous compliance experience • Valuation experience specific to special use industrial facilities, both real and personal preferred, including all approaches to value • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Ability to multitask while meeting tight, client-driven and jurisdiction deadlines, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
