Description

• Manage all aspects of projects, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management. • Partner with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment. • Support existing financial management processes, including budget preparation and allocation, expense monitoring, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. • Communicate effectively and possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. • Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks. • Champion collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of project management experience Or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of project management experience. • Preferred Qualifications: Jira experience. • Miro experience. • Financial management experience. • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) – preferred. • Certified Project Manager - preferred. • Agile Certified Practitioner - preferred. • Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams. • High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
