Description

• Amplitude is a leading digital analytics platform. • Looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead execution of expansion initiatives. • Collaborate with product teams on monetization experiments and initiatives. • Partner with ABM teams on product-led sales plays. • Work independently on campaigns to drive sales pipeline for New Products. • Own and optimize existing product campaigns while creating new ones. • Enhance the Product Qualified Account model by managing lead scoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation, preferably at a multi-product company. • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, upsell, or cross-sell initiatives. • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams. • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales enablement tools. • Ability to analyze and act on product usage data to inform campaign decisions. • Proven ability to build and optimize campaigns that drive measurable sales pipeline impact. • Strong understanding of lead scoring models and experience optimizing them based on sales feedback.
