• Play a pivotal role in crafting, launching, and delivering Anthology Partner solutions • Manage a portfolio of Anthology Partner accounts • Create Partner account plans to provide additional recommendations • Help new Partners navigate through their initial onboarding • Track and manage Partner satisfaction • Act as a subject matter expert • Foster relationships with cross-functional internal teams • Create and document new business processes • Capture and integrate key performance indicators (KPIs) • Demonstrate the ability to demo Partner technology • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and Partner constituencies • Create and manage measurable, market-driven campaigns
• University degree or equivalent experience • 6 - 8 years of prior relevant experience • 2+ years of relationship management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS organization • Demonstrated interpersonal skills • Quick thinker, calm in tough situations, adept at problem resolution • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to specific Partner needs • Previous experience in effective account management • Ability to manage Partner expectations and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Computer proficiency, including full command of Microsoft Office applications • Ability to exercise discretion, creative decision-making, and independent good judgment • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above • Familiarity with EdTech including Student Information Systems
